PCC has supported the staff and students of the Escambia County School District and Santa Rosa County School District for decades. Each year, PCC hosts area 3rd graders for a special performance of Christmas on the Coast at the Saenger Theatre. Additionally, PCC staff are frequent guests in music classrooms and present district-wide workshops.

In 2019, PCC was designated as a Partner in Education by the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Through this partnership, PCC works alongside the Escambia County School District and Pensacola Opera to provide professional development for local teachers and assist in strategic planning.

PCC works with Pensacola's leading arts organizations, specifically the Pensacola Opera, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, Ballet Pensacola, Pensacola Little Theater, and the Choral Society of Pensacola. These numerous collaborations have included full concerts, shared summer programs, the exchange of costumes, set pieces, and equipment, and trade advertising. Pensacola is fortunate to have such a vibrant arts community.

PCC partners closely with the Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart. Beyond an annual caroling event for patients, members of PCC's Ambassador Choir are featured in a special arrangement of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" that is unique to the hospital's Child & Family Services Department. The song features moments during which a child's heartbeat can be interwoven. This serves as a special keepsake for families whose children pass away while in the hospital's care.

Members of PCC's Ambassador Choir regularly team up with the staff and residents at The Arc Gateway, the region's leading provider of services for adults with disabilities. Each year, PCC members combine with the Arc's live-in residents to present holiday carols at a local tree-lighting ceremony which honors local community leaders and philanthropists. Singers also provide caroling and entertainment at the Arc's annual fundraising event, Wreaths of Joy.

PCC members enjoy performing for the supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, the region's leader in providing youth facing adversity with strong, enduring relationships with adult mentors. Members of Young Singers routinely perform with Sean Dietrich, renowned blogger and musician, to raise funds for BBBS's programs.
