The Pensacola Children's Chorus has closely partnered with the Studer Family Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart (SFCH) for many years. Annual collaborations include singing for the treelighting ceremony and caroling through the halls during the holiday season. In 2019, the Ambassador Choir partnered with SFCH and the Sacred Heart Foundation to record two songs throughout which a child's recorded heartbeat can be woven. These songs will serve as keepsakes and memories for parents whose children pass away while in the hospital's care.

The Pensacola Children's Chorus has worked alongside Arc Gateway of Northwest Florida at a variety of events each year. PCC's Ambassador partners up with the Arc Gateway choir to perform Christmas carols at Arc Gateway's annual Tree of Lights treelighting ceremony. The Ambassador Choir also sings Christmas carols to welcome guests at Arc's annual fundraiser, Wreaths of Joy.

One of the newest community partners is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. During the in December 2019, members of PCC will perform alongside Sean of the South, an online blogger and musician, to raise funds to support Big Brothers Big Sisters' mission.

The Pensacola Children's Chorus is designated as a Partner in Education by the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. As a Partner in Education, PCC works alongside the Fine Arts Department of the Escambia County School District to provide professional development for local music teachers as well as participate in long range strategic planning.

The Pensacola Children's Chorus teams up with the Department of Music at the University of West Florida to provide pre-service classroom training for aspiring music educators. Each fall, students in the UWF Choral Methods class design and teach music lessons to members of PCC's Ambassador Choir.

The Pensacola Children's Chorus regularly partners with Pensacola's leading arts organizations, including Pensacola Opera, Ballet Pensacola, the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, and the Pensacola Little Theater. These myriad collaborations have included full concerts, shared summer programs, or the exchange of costumes or set pieces. Pensacola is fortunate to have such a vibrant arts community.
