Join us for OVATION, an extraordinary black-tie event in celebration of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus, its devoted supporters, and the start of a new chapter.

Step into the historic Pensacola Saenger Theatre for an evening of unprecedented access, live music, and an elegant menu. Your experience begins with a cocktail hour with live music in the lobby, followed by a special one-night only Children's Chorus performance in the theater, and gourmet food and cocktails served on the stage. Venture backstage to discover the hidden corners of this landmark, experiencing the theater from a perspective few ever will.

All proceeds from the event will benefit PCC's  Tuition Assistance Fund  to support our vision of making the arts affordable and accessible to every aspiring young artist.

Childcare for school-aged children provided by the YMCA

Childcare will be offered to both performers and for those attending as a courtesy of the Pensacola Children's Chorus and our Partners at the Bear Levin Studer Family YMCA.

Caregivers will need to provide their child's NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, NAME OF WHO WILL PICK UP THEIR CHILD, and if their child has any SPECIAL NEEDS OR ALLERGIES. Please click the button above to register via email.

Parents may drop off children at the Y beginning at 5:45 p.m. if the child is not performing. Children who are performing will be escorted from the Saenger Theatre to the Y by Chorus staff (approx. 7:45 p.m.).

PCC will provide Pizza.

Children should bring a change of clothes/swim gear and must be able to change on their own.

The YMCA staff will swim test all children 12 & under. Those who pass will have an identification band and be allowed to swim on their own. Those who don’t will be required to wear a PFD for swim time.

We will offer alternate activities for those who prefer not to swim.

Children should be picked up from the Y by 10:15 p.m.

The Y does need a minimum of 10 children to provide childcare.
